LAMB/CHICKEN/BEEF CURRY.
( Using Govenders Chunky Chilli Chutney)
Ingredients:

Jar of Govenders
Chunky Chilli Chutney.
1
Medium Onion ( Diced)
4 chicken fillets cubed ( 1.5cm X 1.5cm) ( each fillet 200g)
½
can on pureed plum tomatoes
5 tablespoon of olive oil
10 strands on fresh coriander. ( Chopped)
1 teaspoon salt
Method:
1.
Add oil to pan and sauté onions.
2.
Add ½ of the fresh coriander
3.
Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
4.
Add whole jar of Chunky Chilli Chutney.
5.
Let cook for 10 minutes
6.
Add can tomatoes
7.
Add salt and let sauce thicken slightly. Cook on medium heat.
8.
Add rest of
coriander and serve with basmati rice.
